MOSCOW, October 19 Former lawyer of the Anti-Corruption Foundation** Lyubov Sobol* faces a fine of up to 50 thousand rubles for violation law on the activities of foreign agents, the Simonovsky Court of Moscow reported.
““A protocol has been registered against L.E. Sobol* under Part 2, Article 19.34. The date for consideration has not been set,” said the agency’s interlocutor.
The protocol was issued due to the failure of the foreign agent to submit reports to the authorized body.
In 2022, Sobol* was fined 10 thousand rubles for violating this law in its previous version.
Sobol* was added to the register of foreign media agents in May last year. In Russia she was put on the wanted list in connection with two convictions.
