What happened
According to media reports, Namin’s relatives were found on October 18 at about 11:00 p.m. Namin's stepson Roman Mikoyan admitted to killing his brother and grandmother. He himself called the police and already confessed.
The tragedy occurred in a cottage in the village of Kryukovo, Istrinsky district, Moscow region. Law enforcement officers who arrived to the call found bodies with multiple stab wounds. 
An elderly woman died from a knife blow to the chest, and a young man died from several blows throughout his body. The police found no signs of a struggle.
It is assumed that Roman first dealt with his grandmother, and then called his brother. When the young man arrived, the attacker attacked him with a knife.
