Mishustin announced plans to attend the SCO and CIS summit in Bishkek on October 26

MOSCOW, Oct 19 Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Mikhail Mishustin said that on October 26 he plans to visit Bishkek (Kyrgyzstan), where he will take part in meetings of the councils of heads of government of the CIS and SCO.
During a tour of the exhibition of the “Made in Russia” forum in Moscow, the Russian Prime Minister spoke with the general director of the IRE-Polyus company Nikolai Evtikhiev, which is the largest laser manufacturer in Russia. The company produces platforms and devices for urology, surgery, and pain therapy.
Evtikhiev, during a conversation with Mishustin, suggested thinking about creating a unified certification system for medical devices in the EAEU, since now the company has to go through the procedure in each country.

“You know, on October 26, I plan to be in Bishkek. We will have both the CIS and SCO summits there. I’m ready to talk with my colleagues on this topic,” Mishustin replied. Evtikhiev also appealed to Mishustin with a request to establish at the legislative level a norm on the use of only disposable surgical fiber instruments, which will ensure complete sanitary safety.

During his tour of the exhibition, Mishustin got acquainted with the products of the ADM System company. This is the only company in Russia that produces Russian dental machines for the production of dental crowns. By 2026, the company plans to produce 300 machines per year. ADM System received requests for supplies of products from Egypt, the UAE, Mexico and the CIS countries.

Then the Russian prime minister examined the stand of the Thermo Glass company, which produces double-glazed windows with electrical heating using a unique patented technology. Mishustin was told that Thermo Glass heaters have been working as an honor guard at the Eternal Flame at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier for about 10 years.

During the exhibition, the head of the Russian Export Center, Veronika Nikishina, presented to the head of government the “umbrella” brand “Made in Russia”, promoted with the participation of the REC. Placing a brand icon on goods exported from Russia will promote their recognition and create a positive image of the country abroad, she noted, adding that this is especially important for promoting the products of small and medium-sized companies in foreign markets.
Mishustin also visited the stand of the Vitulus SME company, which produces machines for laser surface cleaning. According to a company representative, the machines presented at the exhibition consist of 85% Russian components and are capable of combating almost all types of pollution.

During a tour of the Moscow exhibition stand, Mishustin drew attention to the positive experience of the capital in creating industrial and technological clusters. “What Moscow is doing today is wonderful. The clustering of industry and the opportunities that a large metropolis or city provides for the development or scientific and technological potential of innovative industries are colossal. We recently visited one technopark. I want to wish you good luck , and keep it up,” he said, addressing Moscow Deputy Mayor Vladimir Efimov.
The Prime Minister noted the importance of developing urban industrial clusters, taking into account the interests of citizens. “The main thing is that this is, as Moscow correctly and carefully does, built into city life, so that these are new jobs, but minimal harm to the environment or some things,” Mishustin emphasized.
