MOSCOW, October 17 TV presenter Tatyana Lazareva* appealed her second fine for not labeling a foreign agent on social networks, the Presnensky Court of Moscow reported.
“
"An appeal was received against the decision in the case of an administrative offense from Lazareva T.Yu*.”, said the agency’s interlocutor.
On November 9, the court fined the TV presenter 40 thousand rubles under Part 4 of Art. 19.34 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation for not indicating her status as a foreign agent in materials published on personal accounts on social networks.
Lazareva* was already fined 30 thousand in June under the same administrative article.
Lazareva* was included by the Russian Ministry of Justice in the register of individual foreign agents in June 2022.
