The Ministry of Justice added former Deputy Foreign Minister Georgy Kunadze to the register of “foreign agents”.
The list also included political scientist Mikhail Savva and editor-in-chief of the Vladimir publication “Dovod” Ilya Kosygin.

At the same time, Kosygin runs a publication that the Ministry of Justice had previously included in the register of “foreign agents,” Kunadze participated in discussions on platforms “provided by foreign structures,” and Savva is an expert at a Ukrainian organization.
Georgy Kunadze was Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs from 1991 to 1993. In 2002, the diplomat received the medal “Defender of Free Russia” with the wording “for the fulfillment of civic duty in defending democracy and the constitutional system August 19-21, 1991.»
Mikhail Savva — former professor at Kuban State University . In 2014, he was sentenced to three years of probation in a fraud case. The professor was accused of embezzling 300 thousand rubles from a state grant and receiving 90 thousand rubles for a course of lectures that was not carried out. The defense argued that the case was fabricated. In 2015, Savva left Russia, and in 2016 he received political asylum in Ukraine.
