TUNISIA, Oct. 22 Head of Hamas abroad Khaled Meshaal stated that it is the United States that is leading the war against the organization and other Palestinian groups in the Gaza Strip.
““America today leads this war and plans to achieve its goals of defeating Hamas, supports Israel and supplies it with weapons,” Meshaal said in a statement released in account of the movement on social networks.
According to him, “the occupiers want to crush Hamas and the Gaza Strip” and destroy popular support for the Palestinian movement.
He also noted that Hamas had previously “participated in five wars against Israel and was able to steadfastly resist it.»
