The Basmanny District Court of Moscow sent A.S. Malyarevsky, accused of participating in an extremist organization (Part 2 of Article 282.2 of the Criminal Code), to a pre-trial detention center. “Mediazona” found this information in the database of Moscow courts.
The last name and initials, according to “Mediazona”, completely coincide with the data of the picketer who came out to Manezhnaya Square in Moscow on September 1 with a poster “Freedom for Navalny, freedom political prisoners.» OVD-Info reported that Malyarevsky was then released without a protocol.
According to the case file, Malyarevsky was arrested on October 20. But, according to Mediazona, information about his case appeared in the database of Moscow courts only today.
Earlier it became known that 19-year-old Artemy Perevozchikov is in a Moscow pre-trial detention center, accused of the same article. According to investigators, the student wrote on “urban infrastructure objects” the phrases “Freedom for Navalny”, “No to war!”, “Russian soldier is a fascist occupier” and others.
