Russian presidential elections are scheduled for March 2024. Incumbent President Vladimir Putin has not yet announced whether he will stand as a candidate in the upcoming elections. Answering this question at the plenary session of the Eastern Economic Forum in mid-September, he noted that, in accordance with the law, parliament must set the date for presidential elections at the end of the year, then it will be possible to talk about participation in them.
