An administrative case was opened against the rapper Big Baby Tape for “drug propaganda”

The Nikulinsky District Court of Moscow received materials from an administrative case on “drug propaganda” (Part 1.1 of Article 6.13 of the Code of Administrative Offenses) against rapper Big Baby Tape (Egor Rakitin). This information was found in the database of the capital’s courts by the authors of the telegram channel “Caution, News.”

The reason why the protocol was drawn up is unknown. A hearing date in the case has not yet been set.

In June, the head of the Safe Internet League, Ekaterina Mizulina, wrote denunciations to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Investigative Committee and the Prosecutor General's Office on Big Baby Tape and several other performers. In response to Mizulina, the police promised to “take measures to prevent the popularization of drugs” at music venues.

After this, Big Baby Tape concerts were canceled in Moscow, St. Petersburg, Kazan, Yekaterinburg and Nizhny Novgorod. In addition, in July, following Mizulina’s denunciation, a report on “drug propaganda” was drawn up against rapper Kizaru (Oleg Nechiporenko).
