MOSCOW, October 20 Russian Minister of Culture Olga Lyubimova congratulated the Moscow Art Theater School on its anniversary, noting that for 80 years it has remained a standard of professionalism and the highest level of teaching.
“Congratulations to the Moscow Art Theater School-Studio on its 80th anniversary! For 80 years, the Moscow Art Theater School-Studio has remained the standard of professionalism and the highest level of teaching. Within these walls, not just the educational process takes place — first of all, it is the transmission from generation to generation of a great creative tradition,” — the head of the department wrote in her Telegram channel.
She noted that the creators of the Studio School, outstanding actors, have become the pride of national culture.
«Today it is difficult to imagine that once Oleg Efremov, Oleg Tabakov, Tatyana Doronina — the list of great graduates can be continued endlessly — reverently read poems and fables before the admissions committee. And years later they began real legends and raised whole galaxies of brilliant artists,” Lyubimova emphasized.
According to her, the Studio School connects everyone, regardless of how their future life paths develop. “Let it continue to be preserved and developed, and let every graduate be worthy of a new line, page, and perhaps even a chapter in the history of the Studio School!” — the minister concluded.
