MOSCOW, October 23 The Tverskoy Court of Moscow rejected the claim for the right to inheritance of the third wife of the deceased Alexander Gradsky, Olga Gradskaya (née Fartysheva), with whom she was married from 1980 to 2001, the court was told.
“The court rejected the claim,” said the agency’s interlocutor.

Gradskaya filed a lawsuit against the musician’s widow Marina Kotashenko and her own children Maria and Daniil in 2022 year. The proceedings were held behind closed doors.
It was previously reported in court that the plaintiff asked to recognize land plots, a residential building, a non-residential building, non-residential premises as the common property of the spouses, and asked to allocate 1/2 share of the property acquired during the marriage with Gradsky , excluding it from the hereditary property, and recognizing her right to property.
