MOSCOW, October 23 The official exchange rate of the yuan to the ruble, set by the Central Bank of the Russian Federation for Tuesday, decreased by 14.69 kopecks, to 12.9219 rubles, the dollar exchange rate — by 1.2 rubles, to 94.7081 rubles, the euro exchange rate — by 1.12 rubles, to 100.30 rubles, follows from the data of the Bank of Russia.
The Central Bank of the Russian Federation sets official exchange rates on weekdays, using market rates of the Moscow Exchange.
