The Simonovsky District Court fined Pussy Riot member Veronika Nikulshina 40 thousand rubles under the article on failure to provide reports on the activities of “foreign agents” (Part 2 of Article 19.34 of the Administrative Code). Mediazona was informed about this by the press service of the court.
On October 18, Moscow courts received similar protocols drawn up against ex-Project journalist Daniil Sotnikov, investigator Olesya Shmagun, founder of Conflict Intelligence Team Ruslan Leviev (Karpuk), writer Dmitry Glukhovsky and oppositionist Lyubov Sobol.
On the same day, courts in Moscow registered protocols on failure to provide reports on the activities of “foreign agents” against rapper Morgenstern, “Project” investigator Mikhail Rubin, journalist Sergei Loiko, human rights activist Lev Ponomarev, performer Noize MC and writer Viktor Shenderovich.
