MOSCOW, October 24 The draft federal budget of the Russian Federation for the next three years includes all the necessary funds for the transition to Russian living standards and restoration work in new regions, she said Speaker of the Federation Council Valentina Matvienko.
«All financial resources for the transition to Russian standards of living and for the necessary restoration work are provided for in the federal budget for the upcoming three-year period, and our task is to help ensure that these funds are used for the benefit of the residents of the regions,» the politician said on Tuesday at the first meeting of the Council on the integration of reunited constituent entities of the Russian Federation into the legal and socio-economic systems of the Russian Federation under the Federation Council.
In addition, their integration into the system of interbudgetary relations of the Russian Federation is currently beginning, which “will allow us to move on to more systematic work on financing government projects and programs,” Matvienko noted.
