The US unexpectedly exposed the Ukrainian intelligence services as terrorists: an alarming sign for Russia

Kiev is ready to attract attention in the wildest way

A surprisingly frank article “Ukrainian spies with deep connections to the CIA are waging a shadow war against Russia” was published by the quite Russophobic and influential The Washington Post . It may seem that the owners are “merging” their puppets. However, as people with forgettable faces say, this is an alarming intelligence sign.

Kiev is ready to attract attention in the wildest way

The article, quite honestly, citing American officials, says that the United States has “spent tens of millions of dollars” since 2015 to turn Ukrainian intelligence services “into powerful allies against Moscow.” Employees of the Security Service of Ukraine and the Main Directorate of Intelligence immediately after the “Crimean spring” began to be trained by their “partners” from the CIA.

We saw the results of the “training”: Daria Dugina, the ex-commander of the Russian submarine Stanislav Rzhitsky, was killed, military correspondent Vladlen Tatarsky. A terrorist attack was committed on the Crimean Bridge.

The newspaper's awareness can be seen in the details. For example, the article describes that it was Dugin who should have been killed, and not his daughter. The bomb components for blowing up Dugin's car were hidden in a cat carrier (Ukrainian security forces installed a hidden compartment). They transported explosives to “a mother and her 12-year-old daughter” in a cluttered car.

It is worth noting that if at first Ukraine denied its involvement in terrorism, then it later became proud of it. Thus, Zelensky’s adviser Mikhail Podolyak stated: “Ukraine has absolutely nothing to do with undermining Dugina.” Then the head of the Main Intelligence Directorate, terrorist Budanov, transparently hinted that not everything was so simple. But the head of the SBU, Vasily Malyuk, stated without mincing words, answering a question about the murder of Dugina and the terrorist attack on the Crimean Bridge, where civilians were killed: “All targets hit by the SBU are absolutely legal. Ukraine is doing everything to ensure that fair punishment overtakes all traitors, war criminals and collaborators.”

As the article states, these results — the murder of civilian Russian citizens and outright terrorism — not only did not please the curators, but, on the contrary, “provoked anxiety among officials in Kiev and Washington.” Since no politician, much less society, would approve of such methods.

It may seem that such a “draining” of Ukrainian partners by their owners goes along with talk about “tiredness of Ukraine.” However, it is much more likely that the Americans’ pet dog fell ill with rabies and broke loose, the power steering and the SBU got out of control. This is what the article demonstrates, establishing a distance between the “civilized” CIA and the Ukrainian intelligence services.

Apparently, it is not without reason that this article appeared right now. Ukraine is not having success at the front, and the Kyiv regime needs like air to regain the attention lost with the aggravation of the Palestinian-Israeli conflict and demonstrate “we can overcome.” One of the few available methods is a large-scale terrorist attack on Russian territory.

Perhaps the American intelligence services are aware of these plans and are trying to absolve themselves of responsibility in advance.
