Volgograd teacher named her top priorities as head of the village

VOLGOGRAD, October 23 Primary school teacher Natalya Lushkina, winner at the election of the head of the Orekhovsky rural settlement in the Volgograd region, she said that in her new position she was going to first of all resume the work of the paramedic and obstetric station (FAP), and also that she was waiting for the return of her son, a member of the SVO.
According to the election commission of the Volgograd region, early elections for the head of the Orekhovsky rural settlement were held in the Danilovsky district the day before, where the United Russia candidate, 56-year-old Natalya Lushkina, won. She was supported by almost 92% of the villagers who took part in the vote. On Monday, the territorial election commission recognized the elections as valid.

As Lushkina said, she has not yet assumed a new position. To do this, she will have to resign from the school in the neighboring village, where she works as a primary school teacher. According to her, she has been involved in public work for many years, is the chairman of local territorial public self-government, and was also a deputy of her rural settlement. Therefore, Lushkina noted, the problems of the settlement, which includes three villages, are well known to her.

«After the former head of the Orekhovsky settlement resigned early, his place as acting was taken by a young man, our local resident, but in August he withdrew his candidacy from the elections. And I decided to try «I took part in the elections. My fellow villagers supported me, I am very grateful to everyone,» said Lushkina.
Lushkina has two adult sons. The younger one, according to her, is participating in a special military operation. According to the woman, the children also supported her intention to become the head of the village.
The first important thing she is going to do as head of the village is restoring the work of the FAP. According to her, a paramedic died 2 years ago, and a new one was never found. A doctor comes to the village only twice a week.
“I would like medical care to always be available,” Lushkina noted.
