SOCHI, October 26 The exhibition «Our People. The Universe of Leonid Gaidai's Characters» opened at the Sochi Museum named after Ostrovsky, the correspondent reports.
The exhibition, prepared by the State Central Cinema Museum in Moscow, was organized as part of a project dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the director’s birth. 
«»Today is the opening of the exhibition, admission is free,» said Elena Samarina, head of the excursions and public events sector of the Ostrovsky Museum
The halls display storyboards for films, objects for camera work, elements of costumes of the main characters of Soviet films, and there are also artifacts: among the originals — the director’s script for the film “The Diamond Arm”, mother-of-pearl buttons of the robe that actress Svetlana Svetlichnaya, playing the role of the fatal beauty, was looking for. The exhibition is supplemented with modern content and interactive panels for the convenience of visitors.
The exhibition is open until November 17.
