VLADIVOSTOK, 29 OctRescuers are extinguishing two fires of dry grass in a forest in Vladivostok with an area of about five hectares and one thousand meters along the front; there is no threat to houses, reports the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Russian Federation for the Primorsky Territory in Telegram.
“»Dry vegetation is burning in the Chaika microdistrict over an area of about one thousand meters along the front. The second fire of dry vegetation over an area of about five hectares was recorded in a forest area near the Emar district… There is no threat to buildings,» the message says.
It is noted that fires are extinguished using blowers and backpack fire extinguishers.
