Avito Auto experts analyzed the dynamics of the market for used cars under 3 years of age in the third quarter of 2023 in Russia. According to the platform, sales of three-year-olds in July-September of this year increased by 19% compared to the second quarter of this year. The share of “three-year-old cars” accounted for 11.5% of total sales of used cars in Russia in the third quarter of this year. The most popular models in the segment were VAZ (LADA) Granta, VAZ (LADA) Vesta, Toyota Camry, Hyundai Solaris and Geely Monjaro. It is noteworthy that this is the first time a Chinese car has entered this rating.
According to Avito Auto, the average price of a three-year-old used car in the third quarter of 2023 was 2,570,000 rubles. The best-selling three-year-old brands in July-September were again (in descending order of sales share): VAZ (LADA), Kia, Hyundai, Toyota and BMW.

The best-selling used car model under 3 years of age in the third quarter of 2023 in Russia traditionally became the VAZ (LADA) Granta . The model accounted for 5.5% of sales in the three-year-old segment, the average price was 825,000 rubles.
The second line of the rating is occupied by VAZ (LADA) Vesta with an average price of 1,253,000 rubles and a sales share of 3.2%.

In fourth position is Hyundai Solaris, the average price was 1,650,000 rubles. The model accounted for 2.2% of sales in the three-year-old segment.

Fifth place is occupied by the Geely Monjaro, which became the first car from the Middle Kingdom in the top 5 three-year period by sales. The model's share of sales was 2%, the average price was 3,800,000 rubles.
