The head of the Spiritual Administration of Muslims of Tatarstan, Kamil Samigullin, issued an appeal due to the pogrom at the Makhachkala airport and other anti-Semitic protests in the North Caucasus.
The Mufti of Tatarstan called, “if possible, to show leniency” towards the participants in the riots, since they were “organized by forces from outside.” Russian President Vladimir Putin previously explained the unrest by external interference and the work of “Western intelligence agencies.”
Samigulin also called on Muslims not to participate in attacks on Jews and pogroms, because “Zionist terrorists are not in Russia now, they are in Israel and the USA.”
“It is obvious that the pogrom actions in Dagestan were organized by forces from outside, although, of course, they were provoked by Israel,” said the Mufti of Tatarstan. — The IDF, under the leadership of the Zionists, fighting with babies and children, is doing everything to raise a wave of anti-Semitism in the world. The incident in Dagestan is also a pure provocation, which is used by Western intelligence services, playing on the feelings of believers.”
“Given these circumstances, I urge, if possible, to show leniency towards those who fell for the provocation: it is clear that they did it out of despair and a sense of injustice. I am sure that now, after their actions were condemned by the entire Russian public, they have repented of what they did,” the mufti added. — Dear brothers! Do not fall for the provocations and fakes of the Zionist instigators. Allah will certainly punish them and destroy these murderers in the most shameful manner! «1» />“People from the bus shouted that we were Russians, showed red passports.» A passenger on a flight from Israel talks about her experience at Makhachkala airport
