In Novosibirsk and Perm, recruitment to the Wagner PMC has been resumed, NGS and 59.RU report.
Publication sources said that recruitment has been underway for several days. According to a representative of the Perm office of PMC Wagner, the mercenaries enter into contracts with the Russian Guard, and they are led by the son of Yevgeny Prigozhin, who died in the plane crash, Pavel.
“Everything remains the same with us — attributes, symbols. We recruit those who already have combat experience, including those who have already been part of PMCs. The only difference is that we only take people who are civilians, not from prison,” a representative of the recruiters told 59.RU.
In the publication of the group “PMC Wagner” on VKontakte dated October 29 and a post in the telegram channel “PMC Wagner” Perm,” which 59.RU refers to, states that they are willing to pay mercenaries from 80 thousand to 240 thousand rubles, depending on the place where they will serve. The minimum contract period is six months. It also states that foreigners can enter into a contract.
Recruitment to Wagner PMC was suspended in July. According to Important Stories, the first reports of the resumption of recruitment into the mercenary ranks appeared on October 27. Initially, the information was distributed in unofficial communities and chats associated with Wagner PMC. As the publication wrote, they were ready to conclude a contract with those who did not serve in the army, as well as with people with HIV and hepatitis.
The rebellion of Yevgeny Prigozhin began on the evening of June 23, when the head of the Wagner PMC accused the Russian Ministry of Defense of a missile attack on the “rear camps” of mercenaries and announced a “march of justice” to Moscow. Within 24 hours, Wagner PMC mercenaries captured military facilities in Rostov-on-Don and almost reached the capital. On the way of their columns, highways were hastily dug up, approaches to cities were blocked, and in several regions — including Moscow — a regime of WHO.
On the evening of June 24, it became known that the Kremlin, through the mediation of Alexander Lukashenko, agreed with Prigozhin to end the rebellion. After this, the Wagner PMC fighters left the captured positions. Two months later, Prigozhin’s plane crashed in the Tver region. On the flight were ten people, all of them died. In connection with the plane crash, the Investigative Committee opened an article on violation of safety rules (263 of the Criminal Code).
