SAMARA, October 31 Investigators have begun an investigation into a publication on social networks about a fight in a Samara cafe, which allegedly occurred between migrants and local residents, the investigative department of the Investigative Committee reported Russian Federation in the Samara region in its Telegram channel.
A video of a conflict between young people appeared on social networks on Tuesday. The video shows how a company of men from neighboring countries attacked two residents of Samara. According to social networks, the conflict occurred in the Monplaisir cafe; as a result, one Samara resident was diagnosed with a broken nose and a concussion, and the second was diagnosed with broken ribs and extensive hematomas of the head.
«On this fact, the territorial investigative department of the Investigative Directorate of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation for the Samara Region organized a pre-investigation check, the circumstances of the incident and the reasons preceding it are being clarified. Based on the results of the check, a procedural decision will be made,» the department said in a statement.
