On October 30, the Tagansky District Court of Moscow registered the materials of the administrative case against the Red Media holding. The telegram channel “Caution, News” drew attention to the case card on the website of the Moscow courts.
A protocol was drawn up against a company owned by Gazprom Media regarding the “demonstration” of LGBT relationships with incorrect age markings (Part 2 of Article 6.21.2 of the Administrative Code). Punishment under it for legal entities involves a fine of 1 to 4 million rubles.
What exactly was the reason for drawing up the protocol is unknown. The meeting date has not yet been set. «Red Media» is a distributor of 39 thematic TV channels, including «Match!», «Kinohit», «365 days», as well as «Russian Night» and «Men's Cinema».
Today it became known that the protocol on “propaganda of non-traditional sexual relationships and preferences” among children (Part 2 of Article 6.21 of the Administrative Code) was compiled for the Eksmo publishing house. Deputy Alexander Khinshtein wrote an appeal to the Ministry of Internal Affairs because of the comics “Dove Gennady” by the Ukrainian artist Koro.
