KALININGRAD, November 3. The Investigative Committee of the Kaliningrad Region has begun a procedural investigation into the suicide of a mother of two children in Baltiysk, who allegedly received an SMS about her husband being wounded in the Northern Military District, reported in the regional department of the Investigative Committee.
“»We are conducting a procedural check, the investigator is establishing all the circumstances. Based on the results, a procedural decision will be made,» the press service of the Investigative Committee reported.
They noted that the investigator does not yet have information about the SMS the woman received about her husband’s injury. Everything is known only from the words of the head of the administration, Sergei Melnikov, who posted this information on his page on the social network Vkontakte.
