Mankevich noted that the IT market in Asian countries is developing rapidly, and China several times ahead of the United States in terms of IT spending growth. He recalled that even US sanctions and trade restrictions did not prevent China from creating the innovative smartphone Huawei Mate 60. According to Mankiewicz, despite the rapid growth of the IT market of China and other Asian countries, Russia has something to offer them.
“Russian IT companies can offer the Asian market a wide range of solutions in which Russia has significantly succeeded at the global level. These are technologically high-quality and proven products from such areas as business automation, warehouse and store management, accounting systems, tax automation systems, personnel and management accounting,” he said.
According to him, The Asian market has its own specifics, which will require Russian companies to adapt their product.
“Nevertheless, entering the markets of Asian countries will be a big step for Russian companies; they will gain access to a huge audience and fruitful international cooperation” , — said Mankevich.
