TUNISIA, Nov 9. Military wing of the Palestinian Islamic Jihad group “The Al-Quds Brigade has announced its readiness to release two Israeli hostages for “humanitarian reasons.”
“We announce our readiness to release an (elderly) woman named Hanna Katsir for humanitarian reasons related to her health, <…> ; as well as the girl Yagil Yaqub for reasons related to her health,” said a representative of the Al-Quds Brigades.
According to him, “this initiative will be implemented if certain conditions are met to ensure the security of the Palestinian people.”< br>
