MOSCOW, November 9. Since the beginning of this year, residents of the Moscow region have issued more than 130 thousand medical certificates online on the regional public services portal “Health”, reports the press service of the Ministry of Health of the Moscow Region.
In the region, as part of the “Online Polyclinic” project, there is a service for obtaining a number of medical certificates in an online format.
Currently, this opportunity is available for nine types of certificates — about the absence of contacts with infectious patients, a certificate of preventive vaccinations, and certificate 086/у for applicants. In addition, online you can issue a certificate for obtaining a voucher for sanatorium-resort treatment (070/u), a certificate for a children's camp (079/u), an extract from an outpatient card, a sanatorium-resort card for children (076/u), sanatorium- resort card for adults (072/у) and a certificate to be submitted to the sports section.
First Deputy Chairman of the regional government Svetlana Strigunkova noted that informatization of the healthcare sector makes it possible to transfer a number of services to electronic format.

«In particular, you no longer need to come to the clinic to get a certificate; you can fill it out in a few clicks and receive the finished document in electronic form. The medical certificate will appear in the patient’s personal account on the regional government services portal “Health.” In total, at the beginning of the year, more than 130 thousand medical certificates have already been issued online,” Strigunkova said, as quoted by the press service.
The department clarified that a certificate of preventive vaccinations, a certificate for the sports section and an extract from the outpatient card are generated automatically and are available for download immediately after ordering. To receive electronic certificates for the sports section, children's camp, applicants, as well as a sanatorium-resort card, it is necessary to have a preventive medical examination completed during the calendar year.
