ALMA-ATA, November 9Russia and Kazakhstan plan to intensify dialogue on the production of hard-to-recover oil, according to a joint statement by the presidents of the two countries following the visit of Russian leader Vladimir Putin to Astana.
«Intensify dialogue on issues related to geological exploration, production of hard-to-recover oil, diversification of energy transportation routes, as well as exchange of experience and personnel training,» the message says.
It is also planned to build new pipelines and reconstruct existing ones for efficient transportation natural gas, oil and petroleum products to consumers in two countries and in third countries.
