The court reduced the sentence of a Tver resident for preparing to set fire to a military registration and enlistment office

RYAZAN, November 9. The court sentenced a resident of Tver to 4 years 10 months in a maximum security colony for preparing to set fire to the military commissariat building in the regional center, the sentence came into force, the press service reported Regional FSB Directorate.
It was established that “I.V. Kudryashov was preparing to commit arson of the military commissariat building in the city of Tver.” His illegal activities were promptly stopped by employees of the regional FSB Directorate.
«The conviction of a resident of the city of Tver, involved in the preparation of a terrorist act, has entered into legal force… The panel of the Military Court of Appeal of Moscow sentenced I.V. Kudryashov to 4 years and 10 months of imprisonment to be served in a strict colony regime,» the message says.

According to information on the website of the Military Court of Appeal, the verdict was announced on September 29. The court of first instance was the 2nd Western District Military Court, which on June 20, as local media wrote, sentenced Ivan Kudryashov to 6 years in prison: 2.5 years in prison and 3.5 in a maximum security colony.
