MOSCOW, November 8 .Farewell to Honored Artist of the Russian Federation Anatoly Yabbarov will take place on November 9 in Moscow, and later he will be buried at the Vagankovskoye cemetery, the press service of the Theater and Cinema Center under the direction of Nikita Mikhalkov reported.
Yabbarov died on November 6 at the age of 87.
«Farewell to Anatoly Akhmedovich will be held on November 9 at 10.00 in the ritual hall in the mosque at the address: Khachaturyan St., 8. The burial of the urn with the ashes of Anatoly Akhmedovich Yabbarov will take place at the Vagankovsky cemetery. The burial date will be announced additionally,» — the message says.
Anatoly Yabbarov was born on August 24, 1937 in Baku. From 1996 to 2019 he was a member of the troupe of the Film Actor Theater, and since 2019 — in the troupe of the Theater and Film Center. He made his film debut in 1964 in the film “Once Upon a Time There Were an Old Man and an Old Woman” directed by Grigory Chukhrai. The audience remembers him mainly as a supporting actor. His filmography includes more than 30 films: “Gentlemen of Fortune”, “Completely Lost”, “Stars and Soldiers”, “Running”, “Two Captains”, “The Legend of Tila”, “Prison Escape”, “Mona Lisa on the Asphalt”, «Furtseva». For services to the development of national culture and art, and many years of fruitful activity, he was awarded the Order of Friendship in 2011.
