MOSCOW, November 11. Russia has created such powerful electronic warfare systems that the missiles and drones of the Ukrainian Armed Forces are losing their effectiveness, Ukrainian General Sergei Krivonos said in an interview with the Pryamoy TV channel.
“»Electronic warfare from the enemy is very powerful and huge. In recent years For 20 years he has developed and modernized these systems so deeply that we cannot effectively use not only drones, but also high-precision missiles,” the officer complained.
At the same time, Krivonos noted that the Russians themselves freely use UAVs to destroy equipment and living forces of the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
Western military experts have repeatedly noted the effectiveness of Russian electronic warfare systems. Thus, ex-Pentagon adviser Colonel Douglas McGregor said that domestic electronic warfare has enormous capabilities to suppress the electronics of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
Military analyst Frank-Stefan Gady, in turn, added that the Russian military “muted” Ukrainian missile systems HIMARS salvo fire with powerful electronic warfare systems. In his opinion, the capabilities of American multiple launch rocket systems in Ukraine have come to an end.
