MOSCOW, Nov 13 Russia faces a technological blockade after launching a special military operation in Ukraine , a number of large foreign companies left the country, which suffered losses, said Deputy Chairman of the Russian Security Council Dmitry Medvedev.
«Obviously, the times are not easy. Since the beginning of the special military operation, a technological blockade has been organized for us. A number of large foreign companies have announced their departure from market, while it is obvious that they suffered losses and reputational losses,” Medvedev said at a meeting of the Skolkovo Foundation Board of Trustees.
