The Savelovsky District Court of Moscow fined rapper Alisher Morgenstern 40 thousand rubles under a protocol for failure to provide reports on the activities of “foreign agents” (Part 2 of Article 19.34 of the Administrative Code). This was reported by the press service of the capital's courts.
The Ministry of Justice added the musician to the register of “foreign agents” in May last year.
In June 2023, the same Savyolovsky District Court of Moscow fined Morgenstern 40 thousand rubles based on the protocol regarding the absence of a “foreign agent” sign in publications on his Telegram channel (Part 4 of Article 19.34 of the Administrative Code).
