ST. PETERSBURG, November 17 Art knows no boundaries, only culture can ensure the safety of implementation innovation, said Russian President Vladimir Putin.
“Despite all the bans and sanctions, art still knows no boundaries,” Putin said at the St. Petersburg International Cultural Forum.
He added that only culture can ensure the safety and rationality of innovation.
«It is culture — the most natural ethical regulator of technological progress,» Putin added.
The Ninth St. Petersburg International Cultural Forum takes place from November 16 to 18.
