VORONEZH, November 17 In Voronezh, a bar visitor, dissatisfied with the quality of alcohol, threw a “technical device” at an employee of the establishment, which detonated and as a result injured the woman, a representative of the regional department said Ministry of Internal Affairs.
«A man entered a drinking establishment located on Moskovsky Prospekt and threw a technical device towards the seller, which detonated. After which he fled the scene. The seller received minor injuries,» the agency's interlocutor said.
/>According to him, the operatives were able to determine the identity of the man, detained him and took him to the police station.
«He explained that he decided to take such an action because, in his opinion, in the establishment they were selling low-quality alcohol,” added the representative of the department.
He noted that fragments of the device seized from the scene of the incident were sent for examination. A procedural check is being carried out.
