Putin announced an increase in spending on culture by 20 times in ten years

ST. PETERSBURG, November 17 Russian President Vladimir Putin said that over the past 10 years spending on culture in the country has increased 20 times.
“Over the past 10 years, spending on culture has increased 20 times,” Putin said at the St. Petersburg International Cultural Forum.
Ninth St. Petersburg International Cultural Forum – the forum of united cultures takes place from November 16 to 18.
