It is clarified that this applies only to those cases when the buyer first picked up and paid for the goods, and after some time decided to return it.
The marketplace also emphasized that the share of customers who return goods to locations other than where they received them is about 6%. At the same time, the speed of refunds to such customers will be reduced by an average of 3-4 days.
