MOSCOW, Nov 20 Moscow stands for the development of bilateral relations between Russia and Argentina, said Russian Presidential Press Secretary Dmitry Peskov.
“We are waiting for clarification on many issues that will concern bilateral relations. We stand for the further development of our bilateral relations with Argentina,” Peskov said.
He emphasized that Russia respects the choice of the people of Argentina, where presidential elections were held. “Argentina is a very important country in South America, and we have quite good relations with it,” Peskov said.
He also noted that Russia is aware of the election statements of the elected President of Argentina, Javier Miley. “We, of course, paid attention to a number of statements that Mr. Miley made during the election campaign, but we will mainly focus and judge by the statements that he will make after the inauguration,” Peskov said.
