The Armenian Ministry of Defense reported that the head of the department, Suren Papikyan, will not participate in the CSTO meetings in Minsk.
Previously, Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan refused to participate in the summit; later, the head of the Armenian Foreign Ministry Ararat Mirzoyan told his Belarusian colleague Sergei Aleynik that he would also not be able to participate in a specialized meeting within the framework of the summit.
“The Minister of Defense of Armenia will not participate in the meetings,” said the press secretary of the Ministry of Defense Aram Torosyan.
