In Saratov, the bard was sent to a settlement colony for two years; he published pictures of Putin in Nazi uniform

The Volzhsky District Court of Saratov sentenced the singer of original songs Dmitry Lyalyaev to two years and two months in a penal colony, the press service of the court told OVD-Info.

Back in September, the court found the bard guilty of the case of public calls for extremism (Part 2 of Article 280 of the Criminal Code) and repeated demonstration of extremist symbols (Part 1 of Article 282.4 of the Criminal Code). It is unknown what punishment the court gave him then.

On November 20, Lyalyaev was sentenced to six months in a penal colony in the case of disseminating “fakes” about the Russian army (Part 1 of Article 207.3 of the Criminal Code) — this term was partially added to his previous sentence.

“The final punishment was imposed in the form of imprisonment for a period of two years and two months to be served in a penal colony,” explained the court spokeswoman. Lyalyaev was also banned from administering websites and pages on social networks for two years.

The press service did not announce the reason for the criminal prosecution of the bard. At the same time, four rulings were published in the court file that Lyalyaev was given according to administrative protocols because of his posts on VKontakte.

For example, in October 2022, the poet was fined 30 thousand rubles under a protocol of contempt of power because of the image of Vladimir Putin with a Hitler mustache and hairstyle, a swastika and “text with offensive content in relation to the first person of the Russian Federation» (Part 3 of Article 20.1 of the Administrative Code).

A month later, the bard was fined 30 thousand rubles under the article on “discrediting” the military (Part 1 of Article 20.3.3 of the Administrative Code). The reason for this was a post with the headline “Fresh lamb going to slaughter.” Two more times Lyalyakin was fined a thousand rubles under protocols on the demonstration of Nazi and extremist symbols (Part 1 of Article 20.3 of the Administrative Code) because of pictures in which Putin is depicted in the uniform of the Third Reich and “with tattoos used in the criminal world, including eight-pointed stars «.
