MOSCOW, November 20. Presnensky Court of Moscow will consider the second protocol against opera singer Maria Maksakova* for the absence of a foreign agent sign in posts on social networks, reported in court.
“The court registered a protocol on an administrative offense under Article 19.34, Part 4 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation in relation to M.P. Maksakova-Igenbergs*. The date of the court hearing has not been set,” said the agency’s interlocutor.
On November 9, the court already fined Maksakova* under the same article 50 thousand rubles.
The Ministry of Justice added the singer living abroad to the register of foreign agents in May. The department reported that Maksakova* called for the provision of weapons to Ukraine, the overthrow of the current government in Russia, and distributed materials created by foreign agents.
