MOSCOW, November 21 The expert session “Personnel for Healthcare: New Solutions to Complex Challenges” will be held on December 1 as part of the National Congress with international participation “National Healthcare 2023,” reports the Roscongress Foundation.
The organizers of the congress, which will be held on December 1-2 at the International Exhibition and Forum «Russia» at VDNKh, are the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation and the Roscongress Foundation. The event will bring together representatives of federal and regional authorities, industry leaders, foreign experts and strategic partners — members of the business community supporting the global social mission to protect the health of the Russian population.
Session participants will discuss, in particular, measures aimed at social support, attracting and retaining medical personnel locally, problems of shortage of certain categories of medical specialists and the task of increasing the staffing level of the healthcare system.
As the organizers note, the national project “Healthcare” is currently being implemented, within the framework of which measures are envisaged to provide medical organizations with qualified personnel, regional projects and individual targeted measures to solve these problems. Federal projects to provide medical institutions with personnel and the introduction of a management system at all levels have already significantly increased the staffing of organizations with specialists providing primary health care in outpatient settings.
