Car «Aurus» ; Vladimir Putin had to overcome snowdrifts to deliver the president to the CSTO summit in Minsk. The capital of Belarus was completely covered in snow in just two hours. Those greeting them asked Putin to be careful and not slip inadvertently at the entrance.
The last time the Russian President was in Minsk was 11 months ago. The CSTO summit will be held at the Palace of Independence. The member states of the Collective Security Treaty Organization, except Russia, are Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Russia, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan and Armenia.
