MOSCOW, November 23. Russian President Vladimir Putin allowed two Russian legal entities to purchase shares of Cypriot structures in Russian Coal JSC and pledge the shares and the assets of this company, including Amurugol, follows from the order published on the official portal of legal acts.
«To allow the limited liability company «Unified Coal Company RU» to complete a transaction to acquire 1,031,270,863 ordinary shares of the joint stock company «Russian Coal» owned by Claverley Holding Limited; the limited liability company «Omega» “transaction for the acquisition of 103,137 ordinary shares of the joint stock company Russian Coal, owned by Kilton Overseas Limited,” the document says.
Further, the companies «United Coal Company RU» and «Omega» are allowed to pledge to VTB the acquired shares of «Russian Coal» (in total 100%), and «Russian Coal» itself is allowed to pledge «100% of ordinary shares to VTB Bank as collateral shares of the joint-stock company «Amur Coal», 100% of ordinary shares of the joint-stock company «Krasnoyarskkraigol», 100% of shares in the authorized capital of the limited liability company «Razrez Kirbinsky» and 100% of shares in the authorized capital of the limited liability company «Omega».
