MOSCOW, Nov 22 Russian President Vladimir Putin awarded the special rank of general internal service to the head of the FSIN Arkady Gostev and the director of the FSSP Dmitry Aristov, the corresponding decrees are posted on the website of the official publication of legal acts.
“To assign the special rank of general of the internal service of the Russian Federation to Gostev Arkady Aleksandrovich,” the document says.
A similar decree was signed in relation to the director of the FSSP Dmitry Aristov.
