The Tverskoy District Court of Moscow received an administrative protocol against activist Ildar Dadin. Mediazona found this information in the database of Moscow courts.
Dadin is charged with “discrediting” the army (Part 1 of Article 20.3.3 of the Administrative Code). The date for the consideration of the case has not yet been set, what became the reason for the protocol is unknown.
Ildar Dadin is the first person convicted in Russia under the article of repeated violation of the rules of rallies (212.1 of the Criminal Code). After the start of the war in Ukraine, Dadin left Russia and joined the Siberian Battalion. According to the activist, this is a unit of Russians in Ukraine who are “fighting armed forces against the crimes of their country.”
