In In the Krasnodar region, the Kobza River overflowed its banks and flooded the M-4 Don highway, reports RT with reference to the regional traffic police department.
As noted, the cause of the flooding was heavy rains.
In The report also notes that precipitation led to mudflows from the mountains in the Goryacheklyuchevsky district.
The regional traffic police department appealed to drivers, recommending that they refrain from traveling until the weather returns to normal.
