MOSCOW, Nov 22 Russian President Vladimir Putin accepted the proposal of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation to sign an agreement with Venezuela on strategic partnership and cooperation, the corresponding order is posted on the website of the official publication of legal acts.
«Accept the proposal of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation, agreed with the interested federal executive authorities, on the signing of an Agreement between the Russian Federation and the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela on strategic partnership and cooperation. We consider it appropriate to sign the Agreement provided for by this order at the highest level,» the document says.
