Three teenagers set fire to an electric train at the depot of Domodedovo near Moscow. This was reported by the Baza and Mash telegram channels, as well as the RBC publication.
According to RBC, this happened on the night of October 21. The head car of the train burned down, along with the driver's cabin and part of the vestibule. The fire area is about 60 square meters. According to Baza, a month later the arsonists returned to the depot and damaged the relay cabinet on the Domodedovo-Belye Stolby section. Then they were identified from CCTV cameras and were soon detained.
Publications report that the three detainees are between 16 and 18 years old. According to Mash, they admitted that they committed more than a dozen arson attacks on instructions from Ukrainian intelligence. They were allegedly promised 100 thousand rubles in cryptocurrency for sabotage.
A criminal case was opened against the teenagers for rendering vehicles and communications unusable (Part 1 of Article 267 of the Criminal Code). It is unknown whether they managed to be placed under arrest.
