MOSCOW, November 26 Air defense systems destroyed an aircraft-type UAV over the Bryansk region, there were no casualties or destruction, regional governor Alexander Bogomaz said in his Telegram channel.
«An attempt by Ukrainian terrorists to carry out an attack using a UAV was stopped. Air defense systems of the Russian Ministry of Defense destroyed an aircraft-type unmanned aerial vehicle over the Bryansk region. There were no injuries or damage. Operational services are working on the spot,» Bogomaz wrote.
Earlier, the Ministry of Defense stated that Russian air defense systems shot down 11 Ukrainian drones over the Moscow, Tula, Kaluga and Bryansk regions. As Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin reported, some of the downed drones flew towards the capital. He later added that another drone flying to the capital was shot down in Podolsk near Moscow. Sobyanin clarified that, preliminary, there were no casualties or serious damage after the fall of the debris.
